Gordon has worked in a number of technical and operational roles within complex hostile and post-conflict environments, across Kuwait, Sierra Leone, Iraq, Northern Ireland, Belize, Cyprus, Germany, Canada.

Gordon is an experienced individual who can build, motivate, train and manage personnel to deliver against ambitious goals. Gordon has a proven track record in team training, he delivers training combined with advanced technical knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome. Gordon can communicate across cultural and language boundaries and with individuals at all levels.

Since leaving the military Gordon has combined his engineering and military skills to attack all aspects of security and logistics in the construction industry.

Gordon is the training and development manager for Frankton Group and oversees all in-house training and development programmes.
