World Mental Health Day

Ahead of the #WorldMentalHealthDay observed globally on October 10th it is now more important than ever to raise awareness and support those experiencing mental health challenges.

For the last few months, we have been supporting the @RoyalMarinesCharity in #LiftingtheLid campaign to help raise awareness about the scope and serious impact around Mental Health.

We are committed to creating a positive mental health culture and partner with our clients to ensure that all employees receive emotional literacy training to help them recognise the signs and symptoms of emotional distress in themselves and others and are taught coping strategies to maintain good emotional health.
